Design Brief: Design for the next refresh update of the BYD Dolphin 2026 - China & Australian market.
Interior Design - Intent on new design for center console, dash and miscellaneous components.
This project involved all stages of the production process from initial sketch, leading the design through prototyping, user studies, clay model stage, CMF, class A/B, design director reviews / presentations etc.
Invitation to China:
Among numerous projects, this project is part of a 10 month trip to Shenzhen, China to experience BYD Headquarters and collaborate with all departments from engineering, cmf, 3D surfacing, clay modelers and many others. The goal of this invitation was focused consulting, collaborating & sharing of ideas for the future of BYD.
